Success by Design is Microsoft's framework for delivering Dynamics 365 implementations. Four stages — Initiate, Implement, Prepare, Operate — built around three principles: Early Discovery, Proactive Guidance, Predictable Success. It is the right framework, and we work inside it on every engagement.
What we add is the AI Implementation Methodology. It applies AI to the parts of an implementation that historically eat the most senior time — reading a thousand pages of requirements documents, building a defensible solution architecture, surfacing the platform risks before they cost a phase. The result is that a small US team can cover the ground a larger partner would need three times the headcount for, without trading off the quality of the senior thinking.

Phase 01 — AI-augmented discovery.
Two-week intake. We ingest the legacy documentation, the existing system configurations, the SOWs, and the integration map. AI surfaces the contradictions, gaps, and silent assumptions. The senior architect uses that as the agenda for the stakeholder interviews, instead of starting from a blank page.

Phase 02 — Requirements analysis and risk surfacing.
Functional requirements get drafted with AI in the loop. The architect reviews, edits, and pushes back. Risks — integration, data, change-management — get surfaced early instead of discovered mid-build.

Phase 03 — Architecture and configuration.
Solution architecture documented and reviewed against Microsoft's reference architectures. Environment configuration accelerated by AI-generated baselines, then refined by the senior consultant. What used to take six weeks runs in three.

Phase 04 — Build, test, and stabilize.
Standard build inside Success by Design, with AI-assisted test case generation and defect triage. The senior architect stays in the room. The Microsoft FastTrack team is engaged where eligible.

Phase 05 — Hypercare and operating model.
We stay on past go-live until the metrics that justified the project are showing up in reporting. The operating model handoff includes documentation generated through the engagement, not assembled at the end.
