Contact · One inbox, two senior consultants

Talk to Us.

Tell us what you're working on. A senior consultant reads every note and replies within one business day. No sales queue, no SDR follow-up sequence, no calendar bot.

Send a note

A short message gets a real reply.

You don't need to write a brief. Five lines about what's stuck, what's slow, or what you're trying to ship is enough to start the conversation.

We read it. We don't paste it into a CRM workflow.

Careers

We hire senior. We pay senior. We don't pyramid.

Most Microsoft partner firms run on the same shape: a few senior people on the sales call, and a stack of junior consultants doing the actual build. We don't. The person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.

That changes who we hire. We look for consultants with eight or more years inside Dynamics 365 — people who can architect a Field Service rollout, run a Project Operations migration, or own an F&SC implementation without supervision. We don't hire to fill a bench. We hire when we have work for someone, and we keep teams small on purpose.

If that sounds like the kind of firm you'd want to work at, use the form above and pick "Careers." Tell us what you've shipped, not what your title was.

What we look for
  • Eight-plus years inside Dynamics 365 or its predecessors
  • One or two verticals you know deeply, not five you've touched
  • Comfortable writing, presenting, and disagreeing with a CFO
  • You'd rather ship one good thing than three half-built ones
What we don't do
  • No offshore delivery model. Every consultant is US-based.
  • No utilization quotas that push consultants onto wrong-fit accounts.
  • No bait-and-switch. The senior on the sales call is the senior on the project.
  • No certifications-as-marketing. Skills first, paper second.

One inbox. Two senior consultants. Real replies.

If you're stuck on a Dynamics program, weighing a rebuild, or trying to figure out whether AI belongs anywhere near your service operation, send the note. The first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a procurement cycle.
