Antidote.

Antidote is a community organization working in the response to the opioid crisis. We built the operational platform underneath the daily reality of harm-reduction work — client intake, case continuity, service delivery, and the reporting layer that funders and partners need without compromising client privacy.

The engagement

What we walked into.

The opioid crisis is being responded to, in most places, by community organizations operating well below the visibility line. Harm reduction. Outreach. Case continuity. Connection to services. The daily work of meeting people where they are and not losing them between visits.

Antidote is one of those organizations. They needed a platform that could hold a client record across an unpredictable engagement timeline, that respected privacy in a way the population required, and that gave the team itself the operating discipline that funder reporting demanded.

What we did

    Client record architected for the realities of the population.

    Client privacy, intermittent engagement, multiple identities — the data model had to respect those operating realities without losing case continuity.

    Case management designed for outreach work.

    Mobile-first, offline-capable where the network drops, designed for entry by an outreach worker who is not at a desk.

    Reporting that satisfies funders without compromising clients.

    Aggregated outcomes, anonymized when appropriate, on the schedule public funders expect. The reporting layer is its own deliverable.

    Sustainability for the team itself.

    The platform is operated by Antidote's own team. The handoff included documentation and admin training designed for a small organization without a dedicated IT function.

What changed

Impact.

Antidote uses the Dynamics 365 platform Ludia built as the operational spine of their daily work. The organization can scale outreach, hold case continuity, and report to funders without losing time to spreadsheet reconciliation. It is one of the engagements where the platform genuinely changes what the organization can do at scale.
