D365 Training & Enablement.
Dynamics 365 training, delivered by the senior consultants and Microsoft MVPs who actually ship D365 in production. For your team, your partner team, or the broader Microsoft community.
The work behind the practice area.
Most Dynamics 365 training is generic, generic-vendor, or both. The recorded course is fine for the basics. It is not what a customer team needs when they have a live environment, real data, real users, and real stakes.
We deliver training and enablement on Dynamics 365 the way we deliver implementations — tailored to the customer's environment, run by the senior consultants who built it (or comparable senior consultants from our bench), and designed for adoption at the team that has to use the system on Monday morning.
The shape of an engagement.

01
Train-the-trainer for customer admin teams.
Customer's internal admin and power-user team trained on the specific environment they will be supporting. We use the customer's data, the customer's workflows, the customer's specific configurations — not a generic sandbox.
-
02
End-user enablement for the broader team.
Targeted, role-specific enablement. Field technicians get one curriculum. Dispatchers get a different one. Service managers get a third. Each is short, specific, and built around what they will actually do.
-
03
Power Platform enablement.
Citizen-developer programs anchored in the customer's COE. Real apps as the training output, governed and shippable, not throwaway examples.

Microsoft community speaking and content.
Several of our consultants are recognized contributors at the Microsoft Community Summit, the Microsoft Power Platform Conference, and other ecosystem events. Andreas speaks on building D365 in Visual Studio. Lucas speaks on FastTrack and the senior-US-team delivery model.
Outcomes we measure ourselves on.
Without calling the partner for routine work.
Because users were trained on what they actually do.
Through the COE, with the right guardrails.
Ludia consultants speaking, mentoring, and contributing across the ecosystem.
TechFluent (DFG)
Workforce-readiness nonprofit. We helped build the Dynamics curriculum and delivered enablement for the program's cohort — a Dynamics for Good engagement that also built community-facing IP.
