FastTrack is Microsoft's own customer-success program for Dynamics 365 implementations. The FastTrack team works alongside customers and partners through the implementation lifecycle, using Microsoft's Success by Design framework. The goal is predictable, on-time, on-budget rollouts of complex enterprise Dynamics environments.
Microsoft FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect (FTRSA) is an individual designation, awarded by Microsoft to architects who have demonstrated repeated success on FastTrack-eligible engagements and earned the trust of the FastTrack team. The title is held by a small group of people across the global partner ecosystem. Lucas Diaz earned it in 2023.
For Ludia, that means two things. We have a direct working relationship with the FastTrack team on the engagements we lead. And FastTrack itself routes some of the harder rollouts and recoveries to us — the implementations where another partner stalled and the customer needs a senior team that can stabilize and ship.

Direct line into the program team during rollout.
On engagements that qualify, we work with the assigned FastTrack architect alongside the customer. Risk reviews, architectural assurance, and escalation paths are formalized rather than reactive.

Recovery work on stalled rollouts.
FastTrack sees Dynamics implementations across the entire partner ecosystem. When they see one that has stalled badly and needs a senior US team to come in, repair the architecture, and ship the rest, we are one of the firms they route to. TD Industries was a six-week assessment that came in through this pattern.

Success by Design, plus our own methodology.
Microsoft's Success by Design framework is the spine. We work inside it, then layer our AI Implementation Methodology on top — using AI to compress the discovery, requirements, and configuration phases that the framework holds the longest.
